Terms & Cancellation Policy

Who we are

Stay Cable Beach is operated by Pulse Hospitality Ltd, trading as Blue Ocean Village, 414 West Bay Street, Nassau, New Providence, The Bahamas. All prices are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD).

Reservations & payment

• Minimum stay is 2 nights.
• A 50% deposit is charged at booking to confirm your reservation.
• The remaining balance is charged one month before arrival. Bookings made within one month of arrival are charged in full.
• We accept Visa and Mastercard, including Bahamian-issued cards. Card details are entered on our bank's secure payment page and are never stored by us.

Cancellations & refunds

• Cancel 30 or more days before check-in: full refund of amounts paid.
• Cancel 14–29 days before check-in: 50% refund of amounts paid.
• Cancel fewer than 14 days before check-in, or no-show: no refund.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original card within 7–10 business days.

Check-in & delivery of service

Your confirmation and arrival instructions are emailed immediately after payment. Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am. Our on-site host will welcome you at Blue Ocean Village.

House rules

• Maximum occupancy as listed per residence.
• No parties or events. Quiet hours 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.
• No smoking indoors.
